Hey guys, I am into graphics, But just cant find a good creator. I currently have gimp. But you just cant do a lot of things with it, like blend make neon nothing. SO if someone has a good creator. Help me out.

Try looking for Photoshop CS4. It costs money though.

dude...
gimp can take you a long ways. and dont steal photoshop. i used gimp for about a year and a few months. then bought a cheaper end version of photoshop. but all you need to do is learn how to use your program

I use gimp. I can do alot of stuff i think you just need to do what splitz said and learn how to use the program properly. Rather then just going out to photoshop....
