What Happened?

Ok, so i played about a year ago, I use to be a pretty dedicated mazer(Still am now), and i've just joined the game back a day or two ago. Since the last few days i've been here i've noticed that there is a giant increase in noobiness going on. I'm not talking about the ranks of people, i'm talking about how they play and what they do.
For example, I went into a maze today, someone only set the health to 1000, and had spawn points for both teams, logically, the noobs will always shoot you because they can't do the maze themselves. This used to be ok i can get over this as theres always stubborn fools that are jealous, but when they shoot you whilst you're doing to do a crouch jump and then kill you they say "noob". You laugh a bit, you then continue on, shoot them back and use the opportune moment whilst they respawn to do that crouch jump, They then say "Hacker, i'm reporting you."
Tell me, has the IQ level of pawngame users dropped?
Whats changed so much over the last year that i've met only one or two decent people in games or in the lobby?

Not only that, but i noticed theres been an increase in "real" hackers or grease monkeys. I need a /report or /complain button D:

After "our" Christmas update and the reset most of the pros(or just normal) ppl left, leaving Pawn to be torn by 1k of +10 year old d0uch£b@g$ who can sit on the comp all day and call each other hackers(while ignoring the real ones)

Most likely not even 1/2 of all the people who play meet the age requirement. It's a sad, but probably true, fact.

You see noobs has entire pawn covered.. They are like stupid noobs saying "HACKER""I'll Report you" But apparently mods/admins took out the report button.. as nkk2 said.. since the reset all pawn players leaved..

Mainly because no one provides 'any real proof' so the mods cant do anything.

So if you see a hacker, take a screenshot. Upload it and pm it to a moderator, don't make a topic.

And PT happened, plus the pg reset, and pg not getting updates. Most pawners have moved onto Pawn Tactics.

Personally, I disagree Assassinator. I honestly have always played Pawn however I felt would get me the most fun out of it. Sometimes, that means joining mazing games and trying to figure out tricky jumps, and sometimes it means shooting anything that's red and still breathing. That's the great thing about Pawn; there are tons of different ways to play, and people can choose how they'd enjoy it the most. Most of the time, the only problems I see are caused by people who want to tell others how to play the game, which just sucks. :/

There has been a couple of noobiness
i ssee that the hacker.. has has increased or maybe doubled... it is not natural.When you need the mods the hack come. But when there is a mod on the hackers kinda stay silent for a while..But why when a mod is on a hacker aint there and when u see a hacker the mods are 100.0 percent not on. something is going up .

Lul. Almost as many people maze now a days as just killing. <.< Most of the best mazers are pretty good at killing though
killkill, drunktiger, meh, dp.. and so on.

And actually, I dont even think we can take screen shots any more because of the Observer glitch which allows some
people to float around.

Many people want to maze but they don't, or cant, make their own maze maps. The just sit in chat saying: "SOMEBODY HOST A MAZE!!!"

And it's get very old after just a short time. Anybody else notice this?

I'm not making a topic to complain about one instance, I made a topic to discuss about it in general. This is pawn discussion right?
And again, i'm not complaining because someone killed me, it was an example hence the use of the "eg".


The most common answer seems to be maturity levels and age.
I'll keep that in mind now.

First part is correct.

Mazing is pretty cool, however, so I don't agree with that statement.

Pawn Tactics is fun, and a good game, but I recently went back to PG myself after getting bored of the same old-same old of PT. They need a new class, the new maps aren't doing it for me.

And most isn't all btw, there are still some decent players that visit PG often.

Sadly but all of the proz from pg have left. Blank killed pg by giving us a reset. ( http://www.pawngame.com/forum/showthread.php?t=110115 ). Most likely anyone you know and love has either left, or moved to PT. I advise you to do the same...
