How do u cut a screenshot?

When you go into paint, click ctrl v to paste the screenshot, then it should already be on the box that says select. Just start in one conrner of whatver you want to cut, click, and drag it across the section that you want cut, release the mouse, and you can either move the piece, or right click, and hit cut.

Click the "select" tool, which is the dotted lined square icon. Then, you draw a rectangle around the area which you want to keep. After you have did that, you press control-c on the selected area. After that, you open a new paint file, and press control-v in the blank page.
