1.) Do you have any experience with clans before? (If so, please give us a link to the thread, if one was made. Don’t be afraid to brag!)
One, I was an original PRO moderator, when it was first started. I was with PRO, for a couple months, recruiting individuals, and at the time, clan wars, where not even around.
Two, I was an original member of KFC, before there were clan wars, and when clan wars was added, I clan warred with them frequently, and had a great time.
Three, I was a mod in CIA, since about two minutes after Wolfhowlz made it. That lasted for quite a while I recruited a lot of great members, and had a lot of fun doing so. I obtained over 80 of CIA's points, through leading clan wars frequently. (I posted a lot, on the old clan website, before all of it was deleted)
Four, I was an original member/mod of TRP, and stayed with them for a little bit, helped to recruit and get points through clan wars, and then moved on to SIG.
Five, I am currently a member of SIG, I have been a mod for them, and recruited some of their better members, that are still with the clan today. I clan war with them, all of the time, and usualy help lead to victory.(reason I am not a mod right now, is because the clan leadership keeps getting thrown around, and people keep getting deleted as mods, and then re-instated etc.)
Six, I have had three clans. The first two, lasted for about a week, and then fell apart. I created LOL, ended up deleting it after about a week, of moderators constantly adding people, who flamed other clans. The second clan, was PAD, which I created, my computer crashed, and after not being able to log in, for over a week, I lost most of my members. The third clan, BIA, did alright, until I was invited by Wolfhowlz, to be a mod in CIA. I ended up talking it over with the moderators of the clan, and we decided to delete the clan, and go our seperate ways.
Seven, I help out in all of the clans that I am a part of/created, I lead clan wars all of the time, help to recruit/convince people to join, and try to direct the clan leader, as to who is a good player (I usually test them in a 1 vs 1) and who isn't. I repremand all members, of either the clan that I am leading, or the clan that I am part of, for flaming other users, and/or clans. If they keep it up, I either kick them from the clan, or get them kicked, by the leader.
2.) Are you active member of the Pawn Community, on the game and the forums?
I am very active, on all three. I play PG a little bit, but I used to play it a LOT before the merge. I mainly play PT, all day long. I currently have over 3 million points, and am rank 22. I enjoy the game a lot, and spend a lot of time, in clan wars. I am on the Forums, every day, unless I am bed-ridden. I try my best, to help answer questions that people have, and find the forums a fun, (semi)relaxing place, where everyone can talk, have a good time, and discuss various topics. I am on IRC a lot, and enjoy it more than playing the games (sort of). It is so much fun, to see SharpY hitting on people, or Crim giving out his sisters number (which I have). I like to explore on IRC, and find new fun things to do.
3.) Would you be willing to spend large amounts of time for something that has no visible reward?
Of course, I do it all of the time in my community, in scouting, at my church etc.
4.) Why do you wish to join the Clan Managers?
For multiple reasons. One, is to help eliminate spam. Spam is one of the most annoying things, to see around on threads. It takes up space, starts flame wars, etc. Two, I would like to eliminate flaming in threads, it is all to often, that I will see people calling other clans/clan members, bad names, and make references to their mothers, that apparently walk the street at night. I personally, think that too many people, think that the clan thread(s) are a place for them to put down other users, and other clans, that may not be as good as them. That needs to stop, with me as a clan manager, I am on at LEAST four hours a day, and would continously check the clan threads, to search for all spam, and flaming. I am a very un-biased person, who will treat all of the users, with the respect that they deserve. :D

6.) How old are you? (Don't lie.)
Currently I am 14, on the 5th of October this year, I will turn 15.
7.) Do you understand what your duty as a Clan Manager entails? (If so, please don’t just say “yes”. Tell me what it is.)
Yes, I understand what my job entails. It will include, but not be limited to: Help view clan threads, and either approve or deny them. Look through the approved clan threads, and make sure that there is no spamming or flaming of other users. If there is, then delete the post(s), and therfore, eradicate the spam. Anything, that is asked of me.
8.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time?
I agree, and I submit myself.
9.) Please tell us 3 things you are responsible for in real life (I’ll know if you’re lying):
One, I am currently the Chapter Chief, of the Order Of The Arrow, and am in charge of, keeping our chapter running, the chapter's financing, appointing officers, taking charge of service projects, OA elections, promote camping/summer camp, encourage members to advance, conduct monthly meetings, be a role model for others, be a cheerful servant and brother to all, write reports monthly, write articles for our Lodge's newspaper, keep track of active/in-active members etc.
Two, I work with my church, on the productions team. I have to: Make sure I make it to the meetings. Learn the different machines and how to operate them. Help out every Wednesday evening, in the productions booth. Help run the sound/video/all electronic items, every Sunday morning and Sunday night. I successfully balance all of this, along with all of my BSA duties, all of my Chapter duties, all of my Lodge duties, all of my OTHER church duties, all of my IB work and more.
Three, I am in charge of fundraising, and service for my Troop. I have to make a yearly budget, organize fundraisers, carry them out, and make money. I have to get people to these fundraisers, along with all supplies, and equipment. For the service side of things, I attend Eagle Scout projects, at least once every month, and help run them. I find places, that need things done, and make sure I have fellow scouts there, and we always get it done. I am Master of Ceremonies, at many Eagle Scout ceremonies, (over nine right now), and help to run them smoothly. I hold leadership positions, all throughout my community, most of which entail, fundraising, service projects, cooking (in soup kitchens), and various other jobs.
Thanks for reviewing my application.
