How do you set up an image on a post?

Hello, this is just a quick and small question I was wondering.
How do you get an image in a post?
For example, this " http://i42.tinypic.com/n471u1.png ". I want to get this on my topic, so what do I put next to them? Do I put something like this, "~"? Please help me with this and tell me exactly what I type next to the URL. Thanks for reading and for helping, if you did. :confused:

You can also just paste the image location in to the box that pops up when you click the http://www.pawngame.com/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif button. It does the img codes for you, therefor more convenient.
