Bike Help Needed

hey guy i bought a bike a few days ago and it didnt come with a water bottle hodler so i bought 1. Then i tryed putting it on and idk how to put it on. It came with some screws and some metal straps. I found a picture that looks similar to my bike exept its different brand and other stuff.

The bike that I have is Exterior Mountain bike. Dual Suspension and 26". Can anyone help me on how to get this waterbottle holder on. Because I dont want to drill holes if i have to and then its ruined.

I already did and there no use idk even what they r saying. Also who doesnt read the directions if i did and i got it then i wouldnt be here messaging this right now would i!

Any holes in that area in your bike?

no there is no holes and I dont want to drill any until im 100% sure that its gonig to work because I dont want random holes in there because its a new bike

Do the bands have holes in them? Maybe you put the band around the bike pole, and put a bolt through the two holes, also securing the water bottle holder.

thats what i was thinking but the metal straps r too small they wont go fully around the whole stem thing
