okay i have this video i made for one of my classes but the video. How can i make the video less blurry and how can i add maybe some music/sound effects? any specific program i need? Is there anything else i could do to make the video better?

The video quality depends on the camera you're using to film it. Obviously, a cell phone camera's quality is going to far worse than a real video camera.
As far as programs needs, Windows Movie Maker is a free download, and it'll get the job done. Not the best when it comes to editing, but I've made many fine videos with it.

Well it depends if you are willing to spend money. Two great programs are Adobe Premiere and Corel Videostudio Pro. Blaze Media Pro only cosrs $10

Windows movie maker, There it will show you how t oadd effects adn other stuff like that, Thats how I edit mine.
