oh my! UT3 has just appeared on my games list

there is no "days left for the trial" or anything like that,

and i've opened no gifts, or bought it... -_-

but i cant read the news section for a number of reasons... :/

There's some event going on, giving it out for the weekend, though I'm pretty sure you didn't get it for free, probably just not displaying the time left thing.

Otherwise whats the problem free game eh?
