Need help recycle bin

So I did the most ..... thing in the world
I deleted my recycle bin, Now I cant empty recycle bin and Im running low on memory.

I somehow know that its hiding in controll panel.

help.

Change Desktop Icons
Check recycle bin

Thats for vista, for xp
Right click on desktop, go to the very properties
Desktop tab
Customize desktop button
Restore Defaults

you know how hard it is to delete your recycle bin? Why would you do something that takes that kind of effort?

I have vista,

Long ago, I somehow made a copy of recycle bin,
Then I deleted the original, I cntrl Z to bring back, then i deleted the new recycle bin,

Then, I was supposed to "Empty the recycle bin" option when I accidentally clicked delete,

I dont know if it was the main story, Well thanks anyway =D
