First Person or Third Person?

First person is when you see through the eyes of your character, so all you see is your hand(s) and weapon(s). (For example: Call of Duty)

Third person is when you see your whole character, as if a camera was following him or her the whole time. Mainly you only see your character's back in shooter games. (For example: SOCOM)

It's cool when the camera follows you, and you can turn around and view everywhere.

I play first person, but I don't have that much games that are 1st person. I have one, but it sucks.

So I guess both.

First Person! I think Third is hard to see, since your character is blocking, unless the camera moves. Is there second person?

but they would need to add a HUD so you could tell what diection bullets were coming at you from with your HP and stuff on it so you couldnt be ambushed from behind and die instantly (think Halo).

First person. It is more realistic because you are inside the character. Third person is just a little detached for a video game.

I like Third Person :/. There is usually a "View" in which you can switch to a near-first person mode... It usually involves more tactical games.

I love first person and all but the first person shooters are all the same. Call of duty and other war games really seem to re-hash.

Third person. Sorta both I guess.. I prefer playing in third person, but I don't mind if it's first person either. Half your screen is blocked out sometimes in third person, but eh, I play SWBFII(Star Wars BattleFront II) In third person and enjoy it.
