Wtf happened to my Task Manager?

It was like this long time ago, and I'm getting annoyed by it.
I don't know how I got this, but all I did is press random things, cause the
laptop was getting me mad.

Now I want to fix it.
Is this permanent?

no it makes it fullscreen and gets rid of all da bars on top and bottom i go fullscreen when i play pt and pg it helps me
