Hmm this isn't that bad for a first map theres just a few major flawls. Ill just put them in point form since there is quite a few.
Too many different tile sets. Makes it have a bad tile flow to it.
Tightness. Make it less tight.
Too many ladders. Try removing a few ladders.
Crouches. Take out all crouches because they make the gameplay horrible.
Tile clash. It's when 2 different tiles are mixed together and they don't look right like the crane holding the submarine tiles or the pole in the box.
Those are some major flawls that I see.
Not to bad for a first.

Looks a lot better than last time.
Don't use the red cavern tile as it destroys the tile flow.
Il help you out more afterward when I'm online.

Tile Flow:
You could probably do a lot better without the crane tiles
You should completely remove any Jungle tiles.
The urban grey background, change back to space. If its touching space, just please, never think of doing that again.
Crouches:
Choose two small crouch areas, at max, that you just simply do without. If you find a way to completely remove them without alienating gameplay, go for it.
Screen Jumping:
All CF tiles, or any platforms in general should be 3 open spaces below the red lines.
But try moving on to a new map concept, this one is getting pretty old ...

still flat in some areas and 2 of the ladders are too long
and the spawns should be at the top not the bottom
nice map 3/5. looks like you could make a good TDM with this map

From top to bottom.
Pink is use the space ladder.
Light green use the dark background, used mainly in the whole map.
Yellow put a iron box there, from the urban tile set.
Red put a spawn there.
Blue remove them 2 ladders.
Light blue whats holding the water in the pond thing.
Orange too many of them windows.
Just my opinion, do what you want.

Lol, I guess this is sort of your opinion, but sort of not, because those suggestions are just making his map more fitting to the standards and fixing his tile flow. Anyways, follow these, OP :) .

The ladders are fine, and so are the urban gray tiles.
And why would you place a red spawn near the refill T.T
But I agree with few of them such as replacing the crane tile, and other tile clashes.
