Make blue be able to get into red spawns but don't make it so it's uber spawn camping.
Bit too many refills. -Limit to 3-4
Too much stair gameplay. - Don't put 3 tiles in succession like stairs.
Tight in some areas. -No comment.

You focused too much on looks and their isn't much gameplay.
Work on the gameplay and it'll be a better map.

Top to bottom:

Blue: Tight with a good camping spot, for blue.

Pink: Possible glitch. Where you jump an shoot to kill. I don't really know though.

Yellow: Point less ladder since you can't make that one jump.

Light Green: Would be nice if it was useful.

Light blue: I'd like to see more of that. Especially if your going to do it once like that.

Red: Kinda flat there.

Not that bad of a map though.

Very nice map, I think all of Ure's suggestions should be implemented though to finalize the map, other than that jump shoot glitch one, if it isn't actually a glitch. The gameplay looks like it would be fun and tactical.

From right to left.
Light green: First two have a terible ladder placement and the third has a glitch.
Pink: Players from the red team would probably go from the top since it's safer and players from the blue team from the bottom. Thus, it could lead to spawn camping on the red base since you got a ladder. Both teams should access both ways.
Blue: "x" = space tile (inside the blue circle )(the left one)
"y" = ground
You got "x" to support "y" (left) but where you got no background there is nothing. I know you can't put "x" where there is no background but "y" looks like it's on the air. You can change the "y" with something like the useless thing on mid/bottom-mid.

Try to find some other places for refils (they are too many, you should use 3-4)

Yeah there is a glitch at the left light green circle. You don't need the ladder. You just jump and appear at the top. He should remove a block so the ladder is atleast 3blocks long to go to the upper screen.
