I'm making a website either totally by scratch as I move along in my web programming skills, making it better and better, or using a crappy basic BASIC template and editing the SHIZ out of it.

I say Get vB if you have the money. Depends how important the forums are.

If you want a forums that you don't have to pay for. Zeta would be good in my opinion. I am very good with Zetaboards. If you need any help with it then just Private Message me and i'd be happy to help :)

Dreamweaver is probably the best thing to use to create a website since putting ketch up on your french fries......

Why use something like that, the admin cp sucks man, and it's to simple, and rip-off like Honor said.

If you want it free, use http://bb4free.com I created one from there, and it's in mys ig right now, check it out, mines turned out great, yours willt o if you use it.

Make programs with visual basic but related to Pawn.

Free domain, Free hosting, Free Forum Hosting all fail! So if you have one of them and do not know how to use an FTP or upload anything then it's total fail. Sorry!

True, because they all look the same. The only reason I make them is because other people enjoy them more.
