omg why I can't open my microsoft office?

Okay. Openoffice.org is an open source alternative to Microsoft Office. OpenOffice is published by Sun Microsystems, who also make Java.

You are using Microsoft Office. You want to let Microsoft's installer finish configuring Office. Then it will work correctly.
