Never thought of making a guide like that, nice one.

-Floating Ladders. Hard to do without, but for some people, its like eating babies. Think SCC
-Screen Jump glitch (By the broken bridge spots)
-Too many refills, try to have a decent distance between them, and IMO, only one per screen, at max

Maybe change the background to Volcano. Probably would look better than with night.
Overall, nice gameplay, just cut down on the refills.
