How to rate a map
Index
I: No's and Yes's
II: Full Rating
III: Rating on 5 (Credits to Chickletman)
=============
Do NOT say stuff like:
- good map 5/5 needs to be on server!
- 0mG NOO0O0OOB u F41l!
Instead, make a post with Constructive criticism because a map is never perfect
Say stuff like:
- The top is too plain, add windows/paintings
- Good map 4/5, just make the bottom less tight then it’ll be perfect
=============
You can also take your time to make a post and spot everything wrong in the map:
- Flat,
The gameplay is bad, too plain,
the artifact is glitched (Reds can just shoot on the left side exactly where the arti is on the other side),
Reds can get stuck if they prehold “d” or the right arrow before spawning,
you have double ladders,
No refills?
Rating on 5 (Credits to Chickletman)
1/5: Looks like someone who has no idea what they're doing and just opened up map editor and it makes you sick to your stomach just by looking at the number of flaws in their map.
2/5: A map that has the basics but still many large flaws in game play and visual aspects of their map. User who created this map cannot see simple flaws such as tile flow, proper use of space, difference between simple and complex game play and basic dos and don't s in a map.
3/5: A map that has a good balance of tile flow and game play. Has the basis to make a great map, but with some touching up and attention to detail can make a map that stands out above the rest.
4/5: It's hard to find flaws on this map. Great design and very creative in tile flow yet still maintaining great game play throughout the entire map. It's definitively a map worthy of the server, but could use the slightest changes
5/5: A map 5/5 means that this map is worthy of the server right now, as it is. Flawless in game play and easy on the eyes. A map that takes into consideration the perfect refill placement, space placement, when to add a block and when to start a ladder. You want to make changes to this map, but you know you'll only make it worse.
(I might edit if people tell me to)
(Also, should I sticky this?)
(I did this because I see too much people posting useless things)
