What is a CHEAP cell phone that isn't complete crap, not a trac phone, that has an unlimited texting plan?

I've been trying to find one for ages.

You can add unlimited text messaging to any phone you end up choosing. That's not where your cost is going to come in. (Do you know that text messages cost carriers nothing. Absolutely nothing - yet they still charge for them.)

Your cost is going to come in to play with 1) the phone you choose and 2) the plan you choose. (mainly the minutes)

And I assume since you want unlimited text messaging, you'd want a texting phone.

Personally I would choose virgin mobile. [Sounds wierd I know]
But it only costs me 20 dollars a month for texting and minutes.
