MP3 player ticking me off

It wont show up on My Computer when I plug it in, the website offers no help,
I
cannot add any music videos or anything.

Can't return it.
I will kill every person I see driving a blue Miata until I get this fixed.

Maybe the connecting cable is effd up. Happened to mine too(but it was fer iPod).

Alternatively, try plugging it into a different USB port. That works for me when for whatever reason one port is not recognizing the device.

It works for my old mp3 player that wont play music anymore, not the cable, or the port, but tried in every other port JIC, none worked.

I can view it in WMP10, but I can't add to or delete from it.
