I just rebooted and it went back down to 600
I turned it to 625 now XD
And what about memory clock, it says it's at 100mhz, but since it's onboard and uses my RAM, i shouldnt change it, right?

You can if you really want to, just be aware that on most systems this causes an instant crash, and you'll need to reboot the computer.

It seems to revert the changes when i reboot
and i was bored and i thought it wouldn't apply the OC the first time because it never did

How many more frames do you get in Crysis now?

Try OC'ing your dedicated card if you have one!

lol, no, it wont BSOD. it actually causes the processor to crash. On reboot it should fix it.
