Woah, I was making a small logo and I found out that Lancer and Scout are the same.

"How? They have different guns!?"

I know, but look at this..

Look at the top of their heads, same isn't it?
And the gun, long and pointy.
And the gun damage? Same as scout, scout can hit Heavy, while Lancer can hit Heavy too. :D

I think I know! They wanted to make a more offensive version of the scout because the scout was only good for defending and even then it wasn't all that great at it. Plus, I remember that it could be hard to kill heavies with scout if you didn't use cover. Lancer is just a more offensive and more usable scout.

Scout was the best at defending something, could take out every class, even recon(use knifez0r) Lancer gets raped by recon. Scout was a subpar offensive class. Unless you knew what the hell you were doing.

Scout pwnzers the lancer. For some reason, the Gauss rifle laggs for me, i shoot the heavy, I hear it hit, I die from Vulcan spray, and two seconds later, I get the kill sound. It doesn't happen with any other class, other than Recons, but nothing you can do there.

Scouts had a knife, it could rape a Recon, if he knew what was going on. Scope was beast as well, too bad that didn't stay. And could you see a Sniper rifle shot?
