First sig in 6 months

hey, this is my first sig in awhile, i suck anyway >.>
and i used gimp aswell
so here it is

It's really eye catching. I'm not that good/experinced with GIMP either, so I kind of can't give my advice. But it kind of looks pixelated, like noticable squares.
EDIT: Thats my skills in gimp in my sig.

Yeah, it is quite low quality.

Get rid of the red around the outside, and to me, there isn't really a focal. If it's that thing in the middle, make it stand out more.
