Friend's PS3 not working

A few months ago my friend bought a PS3, which had some sort of system failure. It got fixed but a few weeks later it failed again. He then actually bought a new PS3 (Another £300 flies away and his pockets feeling slightly lighter) which had a problem with the audio. He really doesn't want to spend another £200 to get a new one. Any ideas on fixing the audio?

Lol it is basically a video version of the troubleshoot section of the book that comes with your system.

360 breaks, you're doomed.
PS3 breaks, it fixes itself.

Never did read/watch anything on NGU :rolleyes:

Xboxes break every 3 months or so.
Mate got Red Ring of Death dead on 2 months (last week)

PS3 Fail Rate: About .2%

Just about every 360 owner on Pawn has got RROD, yet they still think it's the better system. It makes me laugh.

The only thing that's better are the Game Servers.

The Xbox wouldn't compare at all to the PS3 if we had better Multiplayer Servers.

Oh and the manual didn't come with it because it was secon hand. =\

That sucks. My cousin has a ps3 and it works perfectly fine. I got rrod twice. Ps3 time.
