it alright. couple of things could use work

blending
and its a bit of a floating head(not that thats always a problem)
and lighting could use a bit of work. i tend to stress mine to make sure its noticed

sorry, really boring....
However its not bad some colors stand out that throw off the the main focus of the image.....
Im just so sick of these BS anime renders they get old....

And why is there the text "light" in there totally wacks it out...

but otherwise nice job

i like it better than the first, nice

and i also more recently started critiquing. it used to be more hey work on this but over all good job, now i figure i know enough to the point i can actually tell people stuff

hey man, im not saying its bad and it dosnt matter really im just stating... like i said before its pretty good im just bored of all the anime stuff.... wasnt trying to tick you off...

Colors could use better blending.
Lighting looks forced, you have good depth, but a little sudden on some parts.
V2 has better colors but the lighting is pretty overwhelming.

Just downloaded the .psd, I think you should remove layer 7, makes it looks more messy than it really is.

I like version 2, Because
It makes the render pop out more
darker colors. very well blended in my opinion
