[Pawn Tactics] Update - 1.02.02

Version 1.02.02

Game Changes:

-Clan challenges to the same group can only be sent every 20 seconds now to reduce challenge spam
-When joining/leaving a clan your name will update automatically now
-New radio commands have been added
-A radio indicator will now appear above the player who sent the radio message

So far my Excavations maps was added to Clan Wars, and my Bloodbath map was added to those new "Grinder" FFA map categories.

I would love Excavations to be added to "New Maps (CTF)" though! The Hexagon only is bull. -_-

The games laggy enough.
I went from like 18 fps to 8 fps......

This is why I never make maps for both games.

1. Never gets servered.
2. It fails after release.
