Spam noob idk were or how to report

i have a pic of him spamming my screen just saying spam and i try to attach the file but all it does is fail

-he also sayed i dont care i just play another file and this whole thing was saying that i waste my life playing this game and well hes on it :/

Also, if he is saying h has another account they'll IP scan him and wait for him to evade and permy the evasion account.
