Regarding the Rank Reset

I have a few things to emphasize here. Recently, as many of you might know, there was a Pawn Rank Reset. I do not like the Reset, and am requesting never to have one again. I know that the Rank Reset gives a big opportunity for other players to get a high rank and shine.

Another issue is the rise of cheaters. Many people have downloaded bots to cheat in the game. One example is PawnMan101. He has been cheating and compromising into Pawn since the Rank Reset. His reason: He had two silver ribbons and one tri-star accounts. Then, all of his hard work is gone and he is too lazy to get the ranks back. And so, he compromises into Pawn and gets so many kills.

I Never heard of that guy.He maybe lying about his hard work ranking those accs.

I'd have to agree with Ismail. If he's willing to cheat, then he didn't deserve his "hard worked on" accounts. Who knows, he might be lying, or he hacked those accounts, too. I find it highly unlikely that someone would rank up 3 accounts to high ranks.

I know, but I've noticed the increase of cheaters/compromisers. Before the reset, there were still those people, but not as many as now.

There will always be a wave of cheaters that come on to pawn. They come once maybe twice a year. I heard that it takes several months to make the hacks there using, but Blank can patch them in a day or two when he gets around to it. Take some screenies of him hacking an send to a Pawn assistant like me or send to a mod. DO NOT MAKE A THREAD.

people that are like "I worked hard for my rank, and now its gone! I must cheat!" fail, they just simply fail at every thing they do if they think they can't do well on a 2D flash that isn't even main stream. And hard work my ars, its a 2D flash, there is nothing 'hard' about this game.

If that's what you were trying to do, then you shouldn't have used this guy's name in this thread. It could be defaming to his character if he isn't actually a hacker, which is I think why hitlist said to report it to a mod instead of making a thread...

I don't understand why there is all this anger at this 'cheater.' i'm pretty freakin pissed my rank got reset. so what, yeah, it's a 2D sidescrolling game, but what the heck, people worked hard for their ranks. I agree that he shouldn't be cheating, but he certainly has a right to be really, really, angry. Pawn is fun, and very addicting, and people probably spend way too much time playing it. Because of that, why should people lose their hard work? So just shut up all of you people who probably had one bar accounts or noob accounts when the reset happened. I had a light blue star, and i 'busted my ***' to get it (...just by playing a lot -_-). I am pissed because i logged on a month later and it was gone. how do you think assassinator feels? number 1 to number who cares?

The rank reset has been discussed a lot already.
I dont know why youre so distressed by this. I've put days of work and had a tristar, but i never complained(didnt care, really) brecause i dont think rank is important.

Cheaters, and hackers...
There are already a lot of things put in place to hinder and stop them(bans, and i think, fire rate and damage caps), but they'll always be there, as in any game. However, its wayyyyy more severe in pawn than in the other games i played ...Dunno y... O.o

I think we should have these resets every 2 years or so. So the n00bs can get a chance to be elite sometime soon.

Una. No, I think the reset should be every 6-8 months.
Also, the rank score requirements should be lowered to suit a 6month season.

It's gonna happend many more times. >:D The reason as to why ranks we're reset is becasue Season 1 ended. We're not just gonna have 1 season, now are we? Secondly, Blank101 is taking his time patching the new hacks against Pawn. Just wait for them to get patched.
