Umm no!

The Lancer practicly already has a rail gun.

And instant kill? HELL NO! I smell noobs complaining and major camping.

Giving an "insta kill" gun low ammo doesnt make it balanced.
If you camp, you can guarentee yourself a automatic 3+kd per round.

anything on any game that is insta kill
is messed up.

and any game that does have an insta kill weapon or something
make EVERYTHING else that it has super bad.
