Not really, if you want, you can suggest this on the Suggestions/Bugs forum.

Mind asking why? You can't help it with Arrow keys? (WSAD FTW)

its really hard to melee with f

Use WSAD cause the F key is beside it (>_>)
Use spacebar to run/walk

etc. It's the same controls, but the opposite placings.

It will take awhile to get used to using F for melee. It took me awhile too.
However this wouldn't be a bad suggestion on Suggestions/Bugs forum.

And, No! You can't change controls.
