Why is the Clans, Tournaments, and Screenies section under General?

Just like the title says, why are these sections in General?

Shouldn't the pawn and Pawn tactics section get their own Screenies/Clan/Tourneys section?

Sorry if this has already been brought to attention...

In my opinion it isn't necessary for PT and PG to have their own screenie, tourny, and clan sections. The forums are already larger then they were before, adding 3 more sections would just worsen the situation.
