Recons have Flashbang grenades?

I view classes such as recon and heavy "annoying" sometimes as well, but you just have to deal with it. Especially the recon, who is weak against heavies and guards because of a balancing measure.

NO! Then the guard would be even more overpowered.
If a guard is being shot at he could just flash and run like hell.
