CTF - Unsettled

It's still in it's very basic stages and I'm open to suggestion, here's a map I made recently called Unsettled (name may change)

Attached is the text file that contains the code than allows you to use the map tester.

It's still in WIP stages..

center seems useless

It forces you to horizontally cap (since that is easier)
