Ok i can install it without problems and run it no problems
but when i record my pawn game screen and when i enter a game it wont let me move

Whats the problem?

well click play then click back on to pawngame screen, have it running at top, and then u can move

IsnipedU11 is right, when you run a separate window or application pawngame can get out of what is called 'focus'.
You must 'focus' or click on pawngame (the flash element on which the game runs on) for it to register your mouse actions and keypresses.

If I'm on Internet explorer while I'm recording does that make it not make me move?
my internet explorer is outdated.

I tried getting on fire fox and it worked i always keep newest version of firefox.
