Any user that happens to have already done this, or doesn't bother to read below the first post, here is how you can restore most of the files on your computer.
Type the following in run on your computer : %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
A window will pop up with windows restore. Follow the steps and restore to the point nearest to before your files were deleted.
