I want to change my hair. This is unattractive. Any ideas?

Grow a bit longer.
Make it look like you used to be emo, like the "I was emo like 4 weeks ago, now my hair is starting to go back to normal" look, it looks decent, like a cross between emo and regular styles.

The thing about the skater hair is mine doesn't curl when it gets long, so it just looks wierd and shaggy.
