Rightful Infraction?

I recently recieved an infraction for "Minor Spamming" because I re-did the Top 100 Beta Players thread.

The infraction was uncalled for seeing as how on the original Top 100 Beta Players it said :

It's not formated all that great atm so if someone wants to go ahead and make a nicer looking version by all means go right ahead.

I went ahead and made a nicer looking version which is what exactly what the original thread told me I could do.

Explain to me 1) How I was spamming and 2)If I was spamming then why does the thread say that it is completley okay to make a nicer looking version?

I did nothing wrong and if anything I was helping the forum by 'spicing up' the old Beta Players thread...

And ZX did you even read what I said?

I quoted Blank101 saying it was okay for someone to remake the Top 100 Beta Players thread to make it look better. Take a look at the old one and take a look at mine.
