Why is his leg getting sweeped up by a tornado?
Text fails.
Pre-made bg doesn't go with the render.

Cool idea, but I don't think the sprite fits.

Eh.
I couldn't find a Ken one with him kicking, because that would've looked better.

If Topaz doesn't work for and or isn't for GIMP, then I can't. =|
If it is, link or something.

Here is what your going to do.
First you are going to brush three circles
two of orange, and one of red on a sperate layer.
Now smudge them to flow nicely with the render layer.
Now duplicate the render layer. Now smudge out the
duplicated render layer. Now colorize it to a proper
color that matches your background.
Now earse the middle parts of your render.
After that open a new layer, and add a fairly
large white circle on top on your tag. Make sure
your white circle is on top of all the layers.
Now use a high blur to even it out over the top area.
And BAM! Hawt tag.

Um.. ._.
How about you try that so I can see the outcome, because I can't really follow that. You have permission. >_>

Why is his leg getting sweeped up by a tornado?
I just read that again, and you didn't seem to understand what I meant when I made this.. Lol.
I wanted to to be like he made it. =|
Can someone give class on this? It's seem to be skipped.. Lol.

Don't ask for class everytime, your not going to jump to moderate in just your first couple tags. Low-Solid Novice
I'm not trying to be harsh but seriously, when I go on to class sites, moderate has really been pushed up since last year

Yes, I know.
I just need to know if I'm improving. >_<

Good sprite placement etc. But the sprite needs to blend in more with the rest of the sig. Remove text too.
