52.17% of the people, or 12 people out of 23, voted for yes.
52.17% of the people, or 12 people out of 23, voted for no.

2.
Instead of saying 52.17% of the votes were for Yes, and 52.17% of the votes were for No, the correct statements are these:
52.17% of the voters picked Yes.
52.17% of the voters picked No.

The point that i was trying to make was that one person made a mistake, and the one stickied thread of your's was fine, but another thread about a minor discrepancy in one of the side threads?

I think that it's a little too much abut one thing.
