When I gave my account away in hopes of quitting to accommodate my growing social life, the person that received it got it the pornography infraction, but Bean did not reverse it for his own reasons, but SharpY unbanned me and gave it back.
The flaming was also, not me.
1.) Are you an active member of the Pawn Community, both on the game and the forums? Yes, I post daily, I am on almost 4+ hours every day now. I'm on the IRC a lot to.

2.) Do you actively help users in the Pawn Community? I do. I help in game mostly, because right now the PA's are doing a great job in help section, but I help in forums when the question has not been answered already, and I always answer to the best of my ability, or give a guess or a referral to someone that will know if I don't know the answer.

3.) If part of your job is asked to be kept secret, can you be trusted to do so? I can. I hold many secrets for friends, and I've been a PA before. I find that trust between friends and members will make an even better PA.

4.) Will you uphold your obligation to set a good example at all times? Yes. You may notice some flaming infractions, but in all honesty, sometimes a situation requires a "Belligerent" person that wont stop arguing and making unintelligent remarks is to prove him wrong, correct him, and move on. Sometimes you have to sink a tad to his level, but that's to get his attention. I use more strategy to help people, and try to make it professional quality.

5.) Will you handle yourself in a professional manner, no matter the circumstance? Yes. I define "Professional manner" as a manner in which you are doing what it takes to help, correct, or anythign of the such to the best of my ability, without looking like a total jack---. Sometimes, as stated before, I sue strategy to get attention of the person I'm trying to help, get to stop spamming, or anything, and SOMETIMES I must sink to his lvl for said attention, but I never do anything unprofessional when it comes to helping, or anything like that if I do not feel it is THE best way.

6.) Are you willing to give up playing time to help users? Yes, I already do, I go in game to help a lot mainly because it's the best spot right now, as Hurri and the other lightning fast Helpers have the Help section cleared up so fast. So I give up game time every time I help someone in game.

7.) How old are you? (Don't lie) 16. Novemeber 5th, 1992

8.) Do you understand what your duty as a Pawn Assistant entails? Yes, I do. Being a PA entails me to help users, correct them, and guide them through pawn and it's obstacles, in a professional manner, reporting when necessary, and setting an example to everyone.

9.) Why are you interested in becoming a Pawn Assistant?I originally left being a PA because I felt I could do the same as a regular member, and most of the PA's were like "I have a blue name, I can sue bots, I am better than everyone that can't", and I found it quite frustrating.
Now, however; I could do more as a PA to effectively help, and they forced every PA to re-apply, which filtered these people out.
I feel the group is in it's prime, and I wish to be a part of this, and add onto the general effectiveness.

10.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time? (Have to scare the noobs away. :] )I do, as I have before, I do.

I say yeah, but for christs sake keep your password to yourself.

edit: Not many posts in Help :\

edit2: I forgot to mention, if your pass ever happens to slip into someone else's hands again, no more PA for you, ever.
