Why are all my colors only gray and how do I change them back?

I had that problem once.

Not sure how I fixed it but. Restart your comp and open Ps and see if it works. D:

Image>Mode>Change grayscale to something else.

Check Channels Tab.


EDIT: Lol I see the problem, switch back to RGB when creating a new canvas
It says Gray/8
