Lol, okay, what? First. It looks like mostly liquify or smudging. The light and dark monotone don't work with the concept you're going for. Especially with the liquify.


Second of all. You can't do anything with an IP. Seriously. You can DDOS or any skiddy stuff, but he can just reboot the modem and he'll be back up again. Oh yes, and he can also legally report you to the FBI. Which means that instead of catching terrorists, they'll also deploy one agent to arrest you. An expendable agent, of course, we all know how dangerous taggers can be.

Very good, great flow. If the focal is the raven it needs to be defined more. Try making it black so it attracts the eyes attention away from the bright smudging.
