The usergroups were given "mod" powers in their sections. PA=Help, Tech=tech discussion after their group gets cleaned, MMT=Map Making etc...

They can close, soft delete etc...

Ok then, now PA's can close threads appropriatly in the section that suits them as you said above PA=help and Tech=tech descussion.
