Help! Game Not Working

I Am Still At The Same Rank That I Was 2 Weeks Ago, I Have Gotten At Least 700 More Kills From 2 Weeks Ago And The Game Won't Promote Me Ranks. Please Tell Me How To Fix This. If You Are A MOD Please Fix This. Thanks

I Have Been Playing In Ladder Games, And I Know As A Fact That Somthing Is Wrong Because I Checked my Score/Kills 2 Weeks Ago And The Still Havent Changed. Thanks For Trying To Help.

During the process of playing the game.... when you quit what do u do...

1. Do you ctrl + r (refresh) your web page? If that is the case then thats the problem that exactly happened to me ..... You dont get any history of the game you've played

You should click (Windows = end twice) (Apple = Fn and click the right arrow twice)

Oh yea... custom games dont work only ladder does x.x
