Being the guy that always gets killed by campers with deagles doesn't seem to be fair to new players, but i can assure you, with this guide you'll enjoy the game much more.Unless you already figured it out, and you're just testing my strategy.

Basically, there are four types of pawn players with the strategies they use.
First, there's the All-Out Sylvester Stallone- bust out the machine gun type players, the snipers, the campers, and the one in between the snipers and campers that seem to be ridiculously hard to kill: the Scampers.(Note: That's not an official name for those types of players, i named it through observations because some people play that way, and "Scampers" was my own creation that made sense.)

First, the Sylvester Stallone type guys.
These guys are fairly easy to kill, because of their bonehead strategy. Most of the players like this are new and don't have much skill. All you need are a couple of good headshots with a standard pistol, some hopping and you should be fine.If you can't get much damage before the shower of lead, practice aiming in the quick start mode to train to get instinctive headshots.

Next, the snipers.
This describes about 50% of the players on pawn, who typically use deagles, l-85's,silent machine guns, shotguns, and the heavy weapons if they can't hit the head 100% of the time. When you get 7 kills, buy the deagle, and go headhunting.Remember, the snipers are out to do the same thing you are, shoot the head to kill.To avoid oncoming headshot bullets, hop in an arc, hopping from side to side ,making it hard to hit the head.During that precious moment of time, aim exactly to hit the head.Note: when you jump, your aiming crosshair doesn't move. All these guys want to do is blow your freaking heddoff!

Campers.The cheap-o's.
Campers tend to be quite annoying when they stand at a respawn waiting to kill you,or crouching under a ledge waiting for you to come through a door, blowing your head off, before you have time to react. Thanks to remaining a ghost for 5 seconds after respawn, they can't kill you on the spot. Most hide outside with a deagle or l-85 waiting for you to come, then BOOM.There's your brain. Avoiding this is hard, so you have to hop right after your pass through the section where the setting changes. Use the old hopping tactic to avoid headshots after you go through a door, but a blow in the chest doesn't do you much good either.Good aiming and acting like a bunny rabbit helps here.Frustration kills you in this situation.Literally.

The OMG Scampers.
Scampers are a mix between snipers and campers, usually ladder hopping. Ladder hopping is one of the many cheap tactics where you climb up a ladder, jump off, and fire at your head. This makes it ridiculously hard to get a headshot, and most of them are experienced players. The only way to kill them is to fight fire with fire, and do what they do.I suggest heavy machine guns, shotguns, and deagles should do the trick.Their next performance, hopping through setting backgrounds, giving you no chance kill them. A good example of this is in castle wars, getting in and out of the castles.Wait outside, hop, and give them a good old headshot.

Progressing through weapons:
When you start out, you just get the standard pistol with 0 kc.Be a sniper from here on out, and get 1 kc. When you get 1 kc, buy the silenced pistol, making you harder to detect. If you get more than 2 kc, buy the mac 11 or the silenced mac 11.Skip the usp pistol, and go to 7 kc.Now you can buy the legend Desert Eagle, get one more, you've got the benelli 12 gauge.Snipers and campers usually have the deagle, its downside having 10 bullets. But hey, if you're good, 10 bullets is 10 kills!Work on up as a sniper or camper. When you get 14 kc, buy the colt assault rifle. If you're just plain impatient, work for 2 more kc and buy the p90.Sadly, most people don't like them and ban them from matches because they think it's cheap. It gets you bad reputation. If you're in luck and it's allowed, use it until you get 18 kc.Automatics! Now you have a choice... the g36 assault machine gun, or the l-85, the assault sniper rifle.Either one is good, depending on your style.Work on up to 23 kc, and buy your new Abram shotgun! One hit kills are common with this weapon, without headshots. With 8 slugs, it's enough to move on to the heavy weapons starting at 30 kc.Also, buying the ak-47 at 28 kc is a waste of kc and life.Heavy weapons tend to be ridiculous, especially their heavy machine gun.The M-29 is very useful at 38kc and good for snipers. The proto gun... A bad idea. You may get 1 kill before you die because of the decade-long firing rate.Otherwise, have fun blowing heads off and mowing down enemies with these heavy weapons.

Most people know almost Everything on this list.

Good guide for newer players though.
