why does everyday on the calender say runscape day or something like that?

It says it because Eilios set it for all of those days.

There are a lot of worthless events going on in the Pawngame Calander. I suggest some be removed. Only the stupid and worthless ones.

A mod doesn't have to approve something to have it added to the calender...

I'll prove it by adding something now.

when i try to add something it says it will be sent for approval by a mod...

Well, not exactly spam, but just someone set it for all of those days. Not a big deal. :)
