Being able to kick people out of a game.

I have see a similar way of doing things on another game I have played. Everyone votes on whether or not to kick the person out of the game. If majority wins, then the vote goes through.

Sometimes there will be a person in a game who is getting on everyones' nerves. An example is in a custom game I was playing where it was a maze you had to get through. No one could do it because some stupid person(s) wouldn't stop killing people, even when we're all telling them this repeatedly.

Maybe you could make this only in custom games, so not to abuse the use of it. If it was in a rank match, someone who's doing a good job might get kicked out just because he's too good. In a custom match, you won't lose a chance for points just because you're good.

This will help smooth the room out, and decrease the chance of flame wars going on.

Noobs might abuse this priviledge and vote out somebody like argular if he starts pwning...Maybe it can act like the report feature? it gets sent to the nearest mod? dunno, f it gets put into use and if theres one mod in the chatroom, he'd get bombarded by reprots as well as vote kicks...

Lets just leave it as is.

That might could work. The ranking I mean. You should only be able to do it if you are of a high enough level to be thought responsible. You would not be able to abuse it though.

If you feel you were kicked wrongfully, you can protest it to a higher-up, and if he feels you were too, maybe they can do something like penalize the voters in some way. Maybe by deducting points or something.

Are convos recorded or anything? That would help.

If many people protest and are believed by a mod, then you lose the ability to do this. Either forever, or for an amount of time.

Said this in the last thread of this nature . . . maybe a vote-mute, but not a vote-kick. Vote-kick would be too easily abused and just because you're high ranked doesn't mean that you wouldn't want to kick someone out of a game that's better than you. Might even be more likely because they have their rank to uphold.
