how do you become a mod exept when an admral is on?????

There are two theories.

One of them is slaying the mod dragon, but you must follow the yellow brick road for that one, many have not survived.

The other is to help people, be friendly, prove yourself trustworthy to others, become well known.
^That is basicly all you need to know.^
