Admins Yes they exist. They create the game (and make it crappy and laggy) and NEVER come on.
PA It translates into: Phail AIDS. So if you hear someone say someone is a PA that means they have PHAIL AIDS.
Phail Aids A disease gained from trolling the help forum and playing the game to often. How can you tell you have Phail Aids? Check for the stick up your arse
Troll Someone who annoys people for the lulz. There are those that get away with it. (E.G Strelok12 & EaEaEa) And those that don't (E.G SparkZ & VomA)
Ownage/pwnage (Me)
Epic fail/epic win (Fail means something sucks and win means something owns. adding epic increases the overall winnage or failage of the thing that your describing. EXAMPLE: Eiliosdraye (epic fail) XSoulHeadshotX (epic win)
stfu (The most win abbreviation there is. When someone annoys you or are just plain stupid. say it, no need to know what it means.
Hacking/hax/hack (An excuse for noobs to whine like little hoes)
Mods (Corrupt beings meant to be kept in cages away from ban hammerz)
Wolfhowlz The worst insult you can call someone on pawn.
Lulz (An excuse to troll and flame)
Rofl & lmao Thought to mean something is actually funny. Although truth be told it's actually used the same way lol is.
Lolwut (Commonly thought to mean wtf it actually means who the hell cares. Example you say I <3 penguins. Someone says lolwut and that means no one gives a crap stfu.
gtfo (Common with the people in IRC. It's used when someone is annoying and over all a troll. (unsuccesful trolls only btw)
lol (It's filler basically. If someone says lol after you say something. That DOES NOT mean that it's funny. It simply means they thought what you said was boring and you should stfu and let someone else talk.)

He might be a troll but he is a successful one. Technically you are trolling to for making a pointless guide that will not help anyone with this game.
Question: Why do you want him banned at all?
He is obviously not banned because he follows all pawn rules.
No rule states that trolling is forbidden. I think this should be locked ASAP.
You could set him up to try and get him banned with a screenie of him swearing on pawn chat or something like that but like I said, no rules states that trolling is forbidden.
