Can't make an Avatar.

I'm wanting to use this particular picture here:

It says that it can be used when I try to upload from my computer, and says that it's an invalid URL when I use the link.

I just want to know why.

Um try resizing it,and or if your too lazy,just do this:

Right Click
Properties
Copy the Address(URL)

Just paste that on j00r avi without the spaces on the Image thing,it'll work,I think the Server automatically resizes it :|

That doesn't work. I guess I'll just have to find something else. I was able to go to another website and scale it down to 100 x 100 and use it as the avatar.
