Also, the PS3 would get updates constantly, and their really good.
All the good games are coming out for the PS3 soon, 360 Exclusives are getting old.
For the 360 you have a huge power brick, which will be bad for space issues.
Most 360 exclusives would be ported to the PS3.

If you have some cash to burn, I'd recommend the PS3. It has nice graphics/sound, and even a blue ray player, but it's main drawback is it's price.
